IT Support

Credit Lyonnais - Being transferred from FOREX settlements to IT Support was exciting times for me, I finally got the job I wanted.  I was now the sole IT Technician for the bank repairing, upgrading and installing the software as and when needed.  As well as teaching users on the use of software products.

As well as doing IT Support I was also developing programs and tasked with writing a 'C' application allowing the bank`s clients to send in Lotus spreadsheets that I could then process and send to BACS. I was still in IT Support but also writing programs.

CitiBanks - My first contract position as a software developer writing the front end interface to their Analytical Options Pricing System.  Originally this was a 3-month contract but new products were constantly added and ended up as an eighteen month project.

Dow Jones - Initially a one month contract working on their Passbook system (FOREX order management system).  Ended up working there for seven years.
